#Always uncomfortable with the GPX Superlight

yeah maybe it's a bit weird
i still think a generic claw grip shape would work best
do you have any experience with mice that are larger on bottom left?
like this
where it buldges that way
I used to play the g403 a long time ago
which is similar
I was thinking of maybe buying something bigger as well as my thumb likes to shift upwards on my gpx a lot
do you like the g403 shape? sprime pm1 is a great mouse with a simiular shape to it (albeit it being smaller than the g403)
oh bigger
what do you think of the narrowness of the gpx? for me it just seemed so thin lmao but a lot of people like that
It feels way more comfortable but it's heaver and I'm not used to ergo mice anymore, so id need to retrain i guess
something like egg op1we or op1 8k have great narrow mice
the mouse doesn't feel stable, i'm trying to claw the mouse but as i've shown in the contact points pic, i think it looks more like a fingertip grip as i don't really have palm contact. I'm not sure about the narrowness. I think i like it, i just dont like how flat it is in the back
i feel like my palm needs to touch the mouse
that would be perfect
standard claw mouse yeah
you need a larger back hump
and/or lower front
orange is gpx
green is atlantis
forget "interesting grip" this is just standard claw but the gpx forces you to be like that
ambi claw mice for your hand size uhh lamzu atlantis (og v2 pro + buy 4k dongle separately or og v2 4k)
this is pulsar x2h better for aggressive claw worse for everything else
I tried out the g305 a long time ago and it felt nice but i didnt like the egg shape of it
both around the 50-60 gram range
but it filled my palm better i think
yeah it was very wide if i remember right
small mouse but wide
quick question did you like the wideness of it?
vaxee np-01 has a back hump between the atlantis and x2h but its very wide
well not "very wide" just wider than most stuff
not really, my hands felt very like forced open
ok, no np-01
i feel you
i have a g203 i dont really use
yeah for ambi claw mice that are medium sized
lamzu atlantis (og v2 pro + buy 4khz dongle separately or og v2 4khz) or pulsar x2h (i dont recommend the eS version)
thank you very much
i like how people here are very big geeks
or maybe its just you 😄
i needa become a salesman fr
its me
i also just have a gigantic bias against the gpx (i dont like the shape)
it's supposed to be the safest shape but not for me
I mean it's not bad aiming wise but i just always had issues with it
i dont like center humps in general unless its like on a giant palm grip mouse
also have you heard about like 4khz in mice and stuff of nah
I heard of the razer deathadder v3 which is 4k i think
but only if you use 1600dpi i think
never used 4k
no
4khz just updates the mouse position 4000 times a second
ahh
i heard you get the full benefits if you use 1600dpi or higher
depends on monitor refresh rate too
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiMshSZcFL0 heard it from here

Discoun...
maybe but you can still feel it at 600 dpi
yeah
i would say go for 4khz
its probably the same as refresh rates for monitors
actually idk what im talking about
i let the geeks do their thing
4k also depends on the mouse manufacturer and game
like on fortnite i cant go over 2khz without gigantic fps drops
on tf2 it doesnt change my fps at all
objetively its better
if the game supports it (cs 99% does i havent checked but theres no reason it shouldnt)
I heard very good things about the lamzu atlantis
i was gonna buy it a while ago but it was sold out if i remember right
pulsar also has the x2v2 which is the same shape as the atlantis but most people prefer tha atlantis
do you know if any cs pros use it?
i mean like most pros still use a gpx
it probably doesnt matter if they do
yea
most pros also use the steelseries qck
instead of artisans or whatever
x2h is also curvier on the sides and you said your thumb changes positions often (i think) so flatter sides would be better i think
artisan mousepads big recommend
I'm using the LGG saturn pro atm
good
goated pad
if the mouse is out of stock check on websites like maxgaming
they might do shipping to germany
theyre based in denmark (i think)
so you're saying lamzu atlantis or x2h most likely?
atl
Ok ive ordered the lamzu atlantis og v2 4k now
its actually like 57g which is lighter than the superlight im pretty sure
thanks again for your help and hopefully i'll like it
just in case dont forget to download lamzu software, idk if 4khz is on by default
