GWolves HTX Ace/4K and Pulsar X2V2 Mini are the best 2 options

I think Maya would be great in theory but I haven't watched many reviews on it

#

but the Atlantis and Thorn are definitely worse for ftip than the first 2 options

#

it's possible but not optimal because the Atlantis has aggressive curves that sligthly force you into a more aggressive claw grip and the Thorn is just an ergo

im so arkward with my mouse and i dont really have the cash to go and tst wich shape is mine

#

i tink i play a bit more claw in games but im not sure

white bough
#

Yeahh then go with either of the first 2 options

crude fog
#

is the ultra light x not a good buy atm because of bad quality controll in the past

white bough
#

Hmm

#

from the 3 reviews that have been released up until now it seems really promising. All of them are praising it as the nr.1 gaming mouse with no qc issues whatsoever

#

You could give it a go

#

those are the current drop dates

#

till the next drop more reviews and more opinions on the ULX will be public so there is still time to decide

crude fog
#

ya

white bough
#

that and the 3 also positive reviews on YT is everything we got so far

crude fog
#

yea

#

i like the sound and specs of the mouse

#

its kinda similar to model 0

#

wich i havbe but i dont like anything abt it exept i like the shap

#

but i have gone through 2 or 3 modes 0s bc the build quality is shit

is gpro superlight vialble still or is it overtaken by all over mice

white bough
#

GPX big no no

crude fog
#

why has it fallen off?

white bough
#

Competition

#

$50 mice are nowadays even better than the GPX

#

and for many grip styles there are better shapes than the GPX because it's very neutral

#

oh and the GPX doesn't really have great qc

#

for example my GPX has double clicking and a scrollwheel that does ghost inputs

crude fog
#

ahh

#

is there any way to tell what mouse shape i would like without having to spend 100s of dollars?

white bough
#

and for large brands like Logitech and Razer there are commonly local stores where you can just try them

crude fog
#

unfortunately i have only ever used a model 0

#

so i dont really have a say in the matter

#

ig i like the shape but ive never used anything else

white bough
#

I mean the Finalmouse shape is pretty popular among mouse enthusiasts

#

and it's kinda similar to the Model O

#

the large version at least (ULX Tiger)

#

so if you have the money you can go for it, I honestly can't see a scenario where you wouldn't be happy with it

crude fog
white bough
#

The difference between large and medium is mostly in how short the mouse is

crude fog
#

whats he small like next to moddel o

white bough
#

If you still want to be able to comfortably use claw grip then I wouldn't recommend such a small mouse

crude fog
#

ill prolly go wit medium

white bough
#

yee good idea

#

is there any cheaper options than the ulx?

#

that are very similar

white bough
#

but then we would be back to the first two that I pointed out, HTX (Ace in this case) and Pulsar X2V2 Mini

crude fog
#

its just i want a ew keyboard aswell

white bough
crude fog
#

i mean i could buy bothe the ulx and the keyboard but i just dont really want to spend that kina money

#

so idk what to do

white bough
#

Oh yeah that's fine

#

unfortunately I don't really know that much about keyboards

#

the only thing I know is the best keyboard on the market rn, the Wooting 60HE

#

which would be ofc a good recommendation but it's as expensive as the ULX

#

Honestly I would go with the Wooting 60HE ($180) and the Pulsar X2V2 Mini ($100)

crude fog
#

i bought the wooting today bc i was set on getting it

white bough
#

Ohhh that's very good

crude fog
#

but i have till the 27th to think abt what mouse i wann get

quasi lynx
#

x2v2 seems like a safe shape that you can use for both fingertip and claw

#

just ordered mine yesterday

#

got the mini

#

if money isnt an issue you can try getting a FM ultralight

crude fog
#

i joined and the first thing i saw them talking abt was the m,ouse sides and back caving in with a little too much pressure

@willow bison

willow bison
#

Yeah I am aware LoL

crude fog
#

i mean i just dont know if i can deal with it

white bough
#

it looks horrible

#

seems like the ulx isn't a great recommendation after all

#

even tho the side flex should be easily fixable in their newer batches
