Bloodborne refuses to show Utility

I am helping a friend and they have never used bloodborne before so I told them to click on bloodborne in the white box but it shows only splash screen and others it won't show Utility we are using Unity version 2022.3.6f1 the latest version of unity compatible for VRChat and using the latest bloodborne version can someone help? @lament drift
