I tried uploading a pc avatar it's still giving me errors for some reasson I thought it had a pc limiter but odd reasson it's giving me the errors

Looks like you need to fix that warning at the very top. The red performance icons don’t prevent you from uploading.

those are toggles. you have too many and need to remove some to make space
