That's Discord RPC, it has nothing to do with you not being able to upload. It's a message, not even an error.

It just means that you're not connected to Discord RPC.

There are duplicate 0Harmony assemblies. Delete Harmony.dll from Assets > Av3Creator > Dependencies.
