Yes, but only patrons can upload above 10 MB on Quest.

Go to #bot🤖 and type -token, make sure that you include the dash prefix and have messages from server members enabled.

That’s the private bot, not a forward slash, a regular dash prefix.

It’s to authorize and unlock all features. You want to copy and paste it in Bloodborne > Control Panel > Setting > Server.
