with bloodborne, just use legacy shaders > transparent > diffuse

#

or transparent cutout diffuse

#

or unlit > transparent/transparent cutout

#

they actually work isn’t that just crazy

#

good old standard shader used to work too but they broke it with a recent update those mfers

#

legacy shaders are in unity by default btw, if you don’t see it just scroll down a bit

if anybody is wondering, i took an image on quest of the shaders

#

in order from left to right they’re Transparent/Diffuse, Transparent/Cutout/Diffuse, Unlit/Transparent, Unlit/Transparent Cutout, Standard

#

so yea works

try again now. A recent update has turned pretty much everything that isn't the official supported shaders into pink on the runtime upload. It seems like they're being Forcibly just removed in some sort of like hard way

So it seems to be back to semi-working again.... You still can't use like standard fully but it isn't turned into a pink error shader on upload anymore. It just seems to be back to being "opaque" and I noticed this actually with my trail renderers (which btw look better on quest bc they appear translucent while pc they are solid).

Little update for this, the transparent shades don't work no more, they are just pink in game
