auto fix won't work?

When I updated the pictures in my menu It says I need to auto fix so I click it but then it doesn't seem to work and won't actually fix it the window that pops up showing the loading process pops up for a second then disappears thus doing nothing any advice?

Update I'm having the same issue with a different avatar on a separate unity project

Make sure that Compress Texture is enabled on Bloodborne > Control Panel > Setting > Toggle.

I made sure it was toggled on but I'm still having the same issue

Not sure if this helps but I recorded a video sorry for the very bad quality I figured it'd be easier to just record on my phone
