Androidplayer is disabled?

i'm trying to upload avis quest compatible but when i click "switch build target to android" it say "Androidplayer is disabled"
can someone help me pls?

Did you download the android component? Found in File -> Switch Build Mode -> Android -> Install

i've a question, now unity tell me that i cant upload avis that are more than 10MB is possible to break that limitation?

so if i support on patreon i can upload avis quest compatible that weight more than 10MB, but everybody will be able to see the avi? cuz i've read that only who clones the avi will be able to see it
