You have to wait the 24 hours. I can't do anything about that, that's why the cooldown is in place.
You can authorize with Discord RPC in the mean time.

If a token has been exposed or shared, then it will delete it. The only thing you can do is generate another one after the 24 hours are over or authorize with Discord RPC.

It seems like you're already connected to Discord RPC, simply remove the token, then disconnect and reconnect the client.
