Ring Menus are sometimes unresponsive and does not register the input. My particular culprit is when trying to use Summon: Arne on Awakening Wizard. This is a significant portion of damage on Awakening, and when it doesn't summon this reduces damage output SIGNIFICANTLY. There is no reason I should have to use the input 3 different times and it not summon.

You can clearly see that I've tried to input summon:arne 3 different times and nothing happen. I'm not sure if this is a side effect of the game rendering players, or other objects, but this has become a complete nuisance. It is quite frustrating for this to happen especially since the summon amounts to a significant source of my damage.

Doesn't matter whether you have a weapon out or not the skill still works (but not always it seems....)

U are right, its just the normal Button for the pets that dont work without weapons

I'm wired connection with 300-400mbs it's defintiely not an internet issue for me. I can only imagine it has something to do with rendering too many things at once.
