When/how do we get the promised name change coupon and earnings for seraph?

Go to the Website and use ur Email again for it like u did for the other seraph rewards
Than u get a coupon again and u get it

Hmm. So I entered the second code, and clicked the button to send all rewards to game, but nothing has shown up in my mail or rewards tabs yet. Been an hour, but I'll keep waiting.
