I have been trying all day to play on the Xbox but it keep getting this error when I select my account to connect to the servers.

I have done the following but the issue continues.
Reload the game (quit wait a few minutes then reopen the game)
Restart the console
Uninstall then reinstall the game

I am on PS5 NA but have seen others on XBox playing all day.
If you haven't already, recommend trying to restart your router if possible, as I do not see that in the troubleshooting steps you listed.
Otherwise, hopefully you have downloaded the XBSeries version of the game and not the XB1 version of the game, as the XB1 and PS4 versions will no longer work at all after XBSeries and PS5 Native versions released in 2025.

I'd have to see what's downloaded I'm trying one more troubleshooting thing before restarting the router. I have a puppy who doesn't like staying in my room

Okay additional troubleshooting I done is
Moved data from external to internal
Turned reoccurring billing for Xbox game pass off and back on
Restarted router
Loading to see if it is fixed
Error has not been fixed
