Since the December patch with the drop rate buff, my rare item drop rates have significantly dropped. I have farmed the ulukita region consistently and prior to the patch, a person can at least get 1 piece of devouring at Tungrad for 3 hours or 1 piece of kabua/limbo at Yzrahid for 1 week. After the patch, the pieces of kabua have significantly dropped and devouring essence is none existent even with Agris on, scroll buffs, tent buffs, etc… I think there’s a major bug with drop rates and if you guys say this is the norm then there’s no surprises as to why the player base is decreasing. Significantly gate-keeping the drop rates for rare loot is terrible.

U mean the full Hunger at tung and the full kabua at DSR?
I had 4,5m Trash at DSR and just got 1 full kabua in that time
It is still rng doesnt matter if u have 100 or 370% droprate
370% from 0,05 is still not high (its just n example)
U can feel the higher droprate at caphras, blackstones and all the other normal Drops
And most ppl grind all the time with 300% or close, so if we have the 50/100% Events, they just save Money or other droprate buff items

I just got 9 Essence of Devouring from Tungrad Ruins grinding for 4 hours.
This includes an hour where I got 0 Essence and 2 Limbo boxes.
RNG is RNG, and pretending only certain drops matter when looking at what you got in the hour sets up too many for misunderstandings and disappointment. Droprate helps chance for all rare drops, not only the ones you are looking for.
What's more, your clear speed helps tons in TR -- one of the last zones where thumbs matter a whole lot.
What is your trash per hour? And what is your total droprate?
Agris makes no difference for rare drops, only trash, so the fact that you listed this thinking it has any bearing on non-trash drops has me wondering whether you are grinding Tungrad properly. My guess is no, and the better and faster you get, the more chances for rare drops.
Can check out Garmoth for good "average" loot #s to shoot for. If yours are lower than this? You have things to work on. Based on you blaming the game first before asking how you can improve, my bets are on "skill issue" 🤷♂️

Funny how all of a sudden how I play the game is being attacked. Thanks for the negative feedback. I looked up garmoth and I’m a little above the avg at 30K per hour. I got 4 specters in 1 hour, if that even matters and I have been farming Yzrahid for 2 weeks, almost 3 hours per day and never got a limbo seal or full piece Kabua. Thanks anyways this what I expected with toxic BDO community. 🤣

I guess reporting the bug worked because after 2 weeks of not getting anything significant, surprise, surprise. 3 devouring essences, 2 limbo in 1 hour. Some unusual lag spikes while I was grinding too.
