If your having an issue logging into the bdo app you need to go to your account on the bdo website unlink your account then relink it and it will let you into the app.

Yes. That’s my issue too. When I log in it takes me to pc website and says my account doesn’t exist. I log out, go back to console website, log in, I’m back on pc website.

Also due to the ID thing and app not working the happy bday code was unusable as well. Lunar Inn chat yesterday said the coding for it was off. So no one was able to redeem it. Even surprise gift and journey begins aren't working either

Yea this keeps happening looks like this is probably an issue with whatever integration they were doing basically bdo app is useless cant log in stuck in an endless loop shows my ps account linked and can log into website but app wont log in
