#FRAG Guild – Node War Bug Exposure

FRAG (NA Console) has been affected by two separate game breaking Node War bugs. We submitted full evidence videos, screenshots, and written reports through proper channels.

Both tickets were ignored.
No fixes. No compensation. No real response.

Incident 1 May 6, 2025 Flame Tower Glitch → Lockout
Mid-war, one of our Flame Towers instantly vanished.

There was no cannon, no player near it, and no destruction animation just a straight system bug.

That left our base wide open. We were wiped and locked out of the next Node War as a result.

We submitted a full report + video proof within hours.

Support replied with a generic “we’ve escalated this” and never fixed it.

The lockout remained. Zero compensation.

Incident 2 July 18, 2025 Fort Flip Bug → No Reward
We successfully flipped an enemy fort. It was standing under FRAG’s tag when the war ended.

We submitted a screenshot and video showing the fort still standing, owned by us.

System did not award us the win. No silver. No credit.

We submitted a second ticket again, full evidence.

Same copy paste reply. No fix. No compensation. No one ever followed up.

What We’ve Lost:

  • One war we should’ve won

  • One full week of war participation

  • Two full silver payouts

  • Time, preparation, and war effort from dozens of members

  • Trust in the support system

What We’re asking:

  • A payout equal to two T1–T4 Node War wins

  • A real human to review the tickets and evidence

  • A public explanation of how bugs like this are handled moving forward

We’re not making noise just to complain we’re doing it because we followed every rule, submitted real proof, and got ghosted twice. That’s not how you treat a competitive guild putting in work.

Pretty sure it has something to do with size and/or terrain. But our defense team doesn’t seem to have figured out what exactly the issue is to prevent it

To clarify, when support escalates inquiries, the relevant departments thoroughly review them to determine if anything is not functioning as intended.
Regarding lock-outs, they are an intentional mechanic based on the ruleset, with the 10-minute mark serving as the determining factor.

    Participation Reward Obtain Condition

When the total K/D count of guild is 100 or more and occupied a temp fort at least once
Participation Opportunities Return Condition (Ability to Node War the next day)
When the total K/D count of the guild is 100 or more or occupied a temp fort at least once

When the fort of a guild is not destroyed within 10 min after start,

Latest Ruleset for Node War Conditions Notice

Lock-outs are an intended mechanic based on the ruleset, with the 10-minute mark as the determining factor.
This appears to stem from an inability to survive past that threshold, which prevents your guild from participating.
We recognize the concerns surrounding this mechanic and are actively considering all related feedback.
While changes may take time, we remain committed to fostering gameplay that is challenging, strategic, and enjoyable.

Appreciate you saying something @mossy carbon because honestly it’s frustrating getting the same cut and paste explanations while the actual issue gets ignored.

@steep whale I didn’t need a breakdown of how lockouts normally work. I’ve led this guild through more wars than I can count we know the rules.

The issue is that the game broke, not that we misunderstood mechanics. The flame tower was destroyed by the system, not a player.

A nodewar fort ended with my name on it and we didn't win it, our tag was still there after war.

What I’m asking for is:

  1. An actual explanation for what happened

  2. How our guild is going to be made whole for the war we couldn’t participate in due to a malfunction and a fort that was clearly ours even after nodewar fully ended the fort remained with our name on it.

  3. Why support has been dismissing my tickets with zero meaningful response.

This isn’t a question of “how lockouts work.” It’s a question of why they’re punishing us for something we didn’t cause. And if this is a known bug, like others have said, why are we being met with silence instead of transparency?

I pinged our defense lead, hoping someone on the team has a clip. I think I remember one has one at some point.

But for context @steep whale this is frags GM, frag is one of our ally’s. What I’m trying to say is, they have been locked out before and took it like champs, when it was not their fault. We know how it works, we’ve been doing wars for a long time.

The issue is not getting locked out, it’s why the lockout happened, the game malfunctioning.
