I already alerted the gms and cms via ambassador chat
I have the PS4 version size The size is shown as 60.0 GB. When I asked my friends, they said 71 GB.
Tried deleting the "next Gen version"?
I uninstalled it as I thought would be some account thing and now can't even open game :/
This seems to be an ps problem.
Or are there also xb players with this problem?

Same issue as soon as I downloaded new version on xbox can't log in on normal

Im in by reinstalling the bdo ps4 version only
I dont have it downloaded and cant login aswell
People tried a lot of times but are getting into the game again.

I get this issue and just need to restart the game and there’s usually no issues. Not sure if today’s was different from the rest because I haven’t been on today.

We are aware of this issue among various others of the same nature and are actively working with platforms to come to a resolution.
As I mentioned in another thread, this issue has taken sometime mainly due to the schedule of porting and both platforms focusing on this.

This was on the 18th june it happen during ps5 pre downloading but all worked afterwards

Oké just wait a bit they will reply. They got a lot of ticket I'm guessing.
Maybe these are things y haven't tried yet:

deleted old gen version

deleted next gen and re install it. (make sure u got the right one!) (heard on PS it's a bit hidden near like 3 dots)

make sure u own the game. (if u played it on game pass on Xbox and never bought it U might need to buy the game)

check ur network connection.
