Cant log in after update

Cant log in after downloading update. Keep getting message need update. Asked in discord and several xbox players having same issue

For anyone with xbox issues see if this fix helps quick soft reset (holding down power button for 10 seconds, waiting 2 minutes and turning on again) did fix the issue or the game not wanting to update on Xbox

Currently doing a full reinstall after all the cache clearing and resets didn't work

I already was playing after update. I logged out to log into another game and couldn't log back in. I think there must be a bug that needs fixing, I'm having no issues with other games

Omg. it let you in but then wont let you when relogging. Yea something is definitely messed up with xbox.

I can see my xbox friend is still playing bdo, so it's a launch issue, really wish I didn't log out now, I had just got the fish tank, I should have just stayed in game fishing 🤣

Bugged not fixed so must be re install fixed it

Re-install does not fix it. Restart does not fix it. Clearing cache, resetting Xbox hard or soft, resetting network—none of these fix issue.

I've done a soft reset, hard reset, deleted the game, reinstalled it, deleted save data, cleared cache, reinstalled again, reset modem and router, and more pointless steps on my PC for my network I didn't need to do and nothing

Might be when reinstall was done. Reinstall wasnt working earlier but seems to be now per players able to log in by reinstalling now.

I'm debating doing 8hr reinstall or will there be a hotfix b4 8hrs.

My bf has ps and I asked in chat and there are some xbox people that had it autoupdate like it has always done on my xboxx and Xbox one. Neither console will update. Gives the same message error that they can't find the update at this time try again later.

I actually set an alarm to WAKE me up so I could play before I had to start adulting for the day, so I'm really upset about that too. As long as they are aware of the situation, they should be working on it right now since so many of their players can't get into the game.

There was a little Xbox update that did not get the automatic push through. Go to system settings to manually update. HOWEVER: Does not fix issue with BDO—might be the reason BDO isn’t working though.

I just checked the website and they say everything is okay but I still can’t get on bdo nor poe2

PA said it was an issue with Xbox.

Just to be clear: I also had to restart my Xbox once more before BDO would load.
