I'm standing next toddro in eilton for the shai outfit but the quest for it is not showing I completed eternal winter 3 times and still no quests all my quests are highlighted too

You will need to obtain the "Design: Drieghanese Winter Clothes - Shai" item to craft the "[Shai] Drieghanese Winter Clothes (Costume)."
You can obtain the "Design: Drieghanese Winter Clothes - Shai" as reward for completing the "Something Warm! Queek!" quest via Toddro in Eilton.
Questline

• Fresh Citrons Are the Best
• Operation Citron
• Citrons, Not Papus for Free
• Tea to Warm You Up
• It's Not for You!
• Keeping Warm in Winter
  You can complete this quest once per Family. You can accept and complete this quest with a Lv. 40 or higher Shai character.
  Upon completion, you will be able to purchase the "Design: Drieghanese Winter Clothes - Shai" through Toddro's Amity Shop.
  Completing this questline and crafting this costume will grant you the title.

The quest is not coming up

Yh i just did it 1min ago on PS and not even started the Main Quest on the shai i did this questline

I did main questline 3 times and couldn't get any further than a coolguy quest

Just Check all npcs from the Questline.
Maybe u forfeit it
I did it with 1 Quest because i thought there was no citron 2 gather, but it was just some1 there be4

Cause I haven't even got a title
