New guild buffs error

It appears that the person that pops the new combat xp and drop rate buffs doesn't get the buff applied to them.

I'm having the same issue. Apply to the life buff as well

Skill points for certain guild skills may have been refunded during the maintenance. Just to verify, can you please check if skill points have been allocated to those guild skills?

Can confirm with all skills learned the person who pops is not recieving the new buff(I did get it when popped this morning though, so doesnt seem that it's happening every time)

I'm only got enough for the skills that was revamped and not the new ones
