The button to register a horse to the stable is interupting the UI to transport a horse when it's the horse at the bottom of the page. Pressing the exact amount of clicks you would always need to in order to transport a horse by muscle memory will result in you using a reset mount growth pearl item if you have one. This needs an immediate fix as the ToS/operational policy does not cover this if you lose your reset pearl item or horse progress.

I've captured a horse and the prompt window only initiates when you activate another horse but you're able to go to the bottom and register the horse normally.
The widget does not open up unless you access it which you did in the video provided.

So i move down to the "Reset" option
then pressing down one more time should bring me to the "transport" option, but instead it highlights the "register" button in the background, and if you click to select at that point it will select the "reset" option that was already scrolled past.
If you try transporting the bottom horse that is when this occurs. It works normally on every horse except the bottom horse.
"The widget does not open up unless you access it which you did in the video provided." At the 5th second of the video i press DOWN and the selection moves off of the reset option. I was not on reset when the widget was accessed.
If there's some way i can make the video clearer i'll try

Yes at 0:00 it indicates that you clicked on "Darcy" which opens the widget thus hiding the register window. When you move down the right, then you were able to click Register but it prompted the Reset one because the Widget is still active.

Why would it prompt reset, i moved past reset.
It should prompt Transport.
the hidden register window not interfering would be the clearest solution

Yup that's the issue just wanted to make sure we're on the same page.
As in this only occurs when the person has:
Multiple mounts in the stable
Attempting to Register Mount to stable
Accidentally selects a mount within stable while attempting to register mount.
