Being in pearl shop while boss cutscene happens at 3rd boss of sycrakea

@trim citrus this bug in this clips needs to be fixed asap, the audio is by far the worst thing I have to experience in bdo. It bloody hurts my ears and I shouldn’t have to take my headset off every time this cutscene happens

Also the UI bug, sound bug, cutscenes sound bug, Camara resetting, getting pulled into the ground, rubber banding on the plant in the suck phase, not being able to hit the whale are all still happening and a lot more never got fixed

i understand some bugs take time to fix but over a year is ridiculous. that thread was started on 7th of feb 2023 and some of those issues have persisted since the dungeons were released

Thank you for submitting the videos.
Regarding bug reports, we have received some will take time to address as they involve developing new functions, among other things.
I will also be monitoring this and once we release the tool that should fix the problems you are experiencing with camera orientation and sound volume, it will be showcased on our webpage.
Any other adjustments will also be implemented simultaneously.
As for this case this one appears to be a new issue which I'll report on shortly.

We generally do not offer estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) on fixes, adjustments, content, etcetera due to the simultaneous work on multiple tasks.
However, we will strive to provide updates whenever feasible or through our official website.

We are still investigating the issue that some are experiencing, we have yet to successfully reproduce this on our end but are still simulating potential factors.

We were able to replicate it 100% of the time on live servers in both elvia and non elvia instances

But anyway, the bug happens for the controller in sycrakea and the platform after the last boss in valmakea

It’s the square to the right of the control if your facing the boss and it happens not all the time but a lot more than it should but I’ll see if I can find the older clip
