Is console able to get this yet? If so how do I get the materials to make it.

Yea you sure can! You can complete Boss Rush on Land of the Morning light which you have access too infront of the Velia Storage Keeper to travel to for 16 million silver! When you complete boss rushes, (you can complete up to 5 per week), you can collect reward boxes for completion from the “Black Shrine” screen under “Adventure” in your menu. The rewards have a chance to drop Fragments, Crystals, and if you complete a high enough Calamity level, even a Tear! You can also combine 3 fragments to make a crystal, and 3 crystals to make a tear! Hope this helps!

So how many weeks would you say this would take to make?

Also how do you get the 100 lightstone crystals?

That can vary depending on tier and your luck of rng. The boxes have a chance to drop quite a few different crystals and drops. If you choose to do lower tiers it may take much longer, but if you complete higher tiers you have a higher chance for it to take much less time as you won’t have to build a tier up from fragments.

Tiers 1-4 can drop fragments
Tiers 5-6 can drop crystals
Tier 7+ can drop the tears

We do not currently have light stones on console, it has been brought to Durgeff’s attention that it was in the notes, they are working on editing it out for console.

Wait so if u can't get the 100 lightstone crystals then how u supposed to make the tear?

you use 70 magic shards

On console, we use an extra 20 black magic crystal shards instead of 100 light stone.

So you will use 70 shards on console instead of 50 shards and 100 light stone
