Just double check, after you talk to Elina, it should auto path you to the npc you need to talk to, sometimes those npcs require amity (don’t think main story quest ones do), but couldn’t hurt to check

That amity might be, idk how you got negative on that

But get out of the chat box, look at the npc, instead of holding triangle to talk, press it until you get the “greet” option, and then keep waving to her

Waving hi to npcs gives you amity for energy

There’s also the amity mini game, but it’s bs and not worth doing until you got more knowledge imo
