I have Problems with the Quest [Balenos] Misunderstood.. "Talk to Handyu to look under the southern Bridge" does not work. 😦
Any Tipps out there?
Need it to go on with the Main Quests 😩

After speaking with Handu to obtain the quest did you speak with handu again and select the chat open?
After that you should speak with Fenia as well

Yes .. i tried it for 2 hours with 2 Chars 😅
A Friend had the same Problem yesterday. After deleting the quest a few Times and starting it again and again and killing a few goblins it worked by him.. but not by me🤷🏽‍♂️

I Talked many times to every NPC at that Bridge.
