it depends if you really want it now, iii to iv blackstar is great to build failstacks if you have materials. in future you can use it for v blackstar or other accessories. if you start with 2 to 3 stacks of +110, slowly alternate and raw tap iii to iv, you can build failstacks

i would stop at around 180, some even recommend to stop at 170 and use a new +110

from between +110 to +170 you can hit, but for one of my iii to iv, it took a lot of fails before i succeeded, but then i was left with many stacks to use for other things

sometimes cronning is a trap, i feel like if we cron ii to iii with maybe 50+ to 60 it is better than to cron iii to iv, at iii we can really build high stacks

So my go to method for how I got my BlackStar to TeT was to do the following

Raw tap Pri
Cron Duo to Tri
Raw tap Tri to Tet
I believe this is a more efficient way if you wish to converse cron stones for more tries. I have so far obtained all 3 blackstar types TeT+
