Fallen God Armor Quest not showing

Hello, does anyone know why the Fallen God Quest isn't showing? I have everything I need, c10 Red Nose, Flame of Despair but the Quest isn't showing..

I did it last week without issues. Try equipping and unequipping Armor on different servers. NPC should show Fallen God icon over his head

Ok. Some ppl solved it activating and/or deactivating ALL types of quests
