Personally I would suggest waiting until they do next season (usually a few weeks after the last one ends) and getting full pen tuvala gear to use. In the meantime grind wherever you can to make money and save it.

I am in the same boat - I got the game and the New Player pack not knowing what seasons meant or that there was only a week left, so I have some money invested in that season character, but only managed to get to Tuvala +5 before being surprised by the season end. I may try a different character when a new season starts, but what is the path to getting back on track with these current characters?

i personally think seasons is a bit complicated for new ppl i recomnend to just do a normal character less of a headache to figure out how to get gear

it's a lot tougher imo to start with a normal character as a new player, just make a season character > follow the storyline for naru gear + upgrade mats for it > get naru to PEN (V) then exchange that to PRI Tuvala. Tuvala is season character exclusive gear, you want to get it to full V (including accessories if you can)

idk cause imo as a new player with a normal character you arent locked to seasonal gear only and you can use the market place to get good gear

seasonal gear puts you around 250 ap range and 307 DP, meaning you've got lots more grind spots available to you, unlike with the naru gear + you can convert them via jetina to get your boss pieces and start upgrading to V
there's also narchillan gear which I guess it's another option, but it's only once per family, so in the end, if you plan on making another character, you'll still make a Tuvala set imo
