how can i fix overboosting in a 1999 impreza GT? When pushing a bit harder than usual, around fourth gear the ignition cuts off for a sec. Previous owner did an ecu tune and the car has around 240hp, could the ecu be the cause of overboost?

It's a GT, only has the Subaru proto ol
