Consider staying a night in Kofu and a night at a temple in Minobu. These are much more interesting places for stayover, unless you have a proper reason to stay 2 nights in Fujikawa.
From Kofu Station South Exit Bust Terminal, Platform 4, there is a regular bus to Shosenkyo Takigami. Take that to access the Shosenkyo Ropeway:
