Would the issue be solved if I create a 2nd Nvidea account? I was wondering if by doing it, I would be able to share my games' library accounts (e.g Steam, Epic) in both accounts, or if I would run in an error message "This account is already linked to a GFN account

you can link one game account to multiple gfn accounts
but launchers like steam prevents you from playing 2 games at the same time

That is fine. She plays mostly on Epic, I was wondering if I would be able to play and connect the Steam

If you're playing on separate launchers I think you'd be fine. I can try this tomorrow and let you know if it runs (I have two gfn accounts) to confirm

You can family share without issues, you just can't launch the same game on the same launcher as them,
