So I should go into the game with the default settings, and then turn on the ones I want, and everything should be fine, right?
You can only cross your fingers and hope it's the one and done. But if it's corrupted settings are files, yes this might do it.
I'd also advise changing your GeForce now region even if it makes your latency go up. If this doesn't work. As a test.

I didn't change anything, I went in, played a little, delivered my cargo, and then I got that error

More than likely: it's a bug with the video game or a conflict with GeForce now.
If you have a PC that you can run the game with at least minimum settings you can test it yourself.
Otherwise look for feedback on the videogame itself to see if anybody is having the same issue as you. If it's a problem for others send feedback to the developer.
And if you can't find other people having the same issue send a report to Nvidia. Would suggest doing this on both the official forums and in the GFN app/play website.

You can always try power cycling all your home network and computer equipment. It rarely helps with an end game issue like that but believe it or not it can. Highly unlikely.
You can also take a day or two break from the game so as to not mess with it. Always keep that in mind.

So I have a problem with the servers, I have already connected to many servers, but it still knocks out as in the photo
Does this happen with other games and can you try reinstalling GFN.
No, only with ETS 2, tried to restart, nothing helps
I suggest contacting NVCC support about this one also, as it could be a game issue on their end.
And why is it just me? And how to contact them?
