But have you always paid since before January 15, 2025?

In that announce was written 1st January, but it is delayed, due to the switch of bank provider.

But didn't you carefully read the link I gave you? It ALSO explains who it's for!
It applies of ALL the users that before 15 January 2025 ( initially was from 1st January 2025 ), have a paid account, and continue to pay, without interruptions:
So, for those users, that have a paid account, until 15 January 2026, can able to pay for 1 year account ( for example ), and continue to have unlimited hours until their first billing of 2026 ( so, during December 2026 or even 2027 in this example ).

  • Otherwise, it still remain the other rule: those members that have an account after 15 January 2025, have a 100 hours cap limit

To thank the GFN community for joining the cloud gaming revolution, GeForce NOW is offering active paid members as of Dec. 31, 2024, the ability to continue with unlimited playtime for a full year until January 2026.

New members can lock in this feature by signing up for GeForce NOW before Dec. 31, 2024. As long as a member’s account remains uninterrupted and in good standing, they’ll continue to receive unlimited playtime for all of 2025*.

  • they moved the date from 31 December 2024 to 15 January 2025, given the change of provider...
    to lock the deal.

@cloud snow
He must have forgotten to remind you of this too...
Can happen.
Anyway, a lot of other news on internet, talked about it and explained ( even on the other Nvidia Geforce Now Reddit too )

So if he forgot to put it back, you could have checked better.

Below is an older quote from NVIDIA with a promise made back in 2024:

<@&490182401092354050> I pinged Hamza if he'll want to answer you ) and I want to apologize if I only saw it today of forgetting the reminder (even though it's NOT my fault), We are human beings, although I repeat, in these cases, it is always the user's fault, who did not check EVERYTHING before signing up.
Same thing, when you take out a car insurance policy, where in capital letters on the large page, it is written what it includes, but it is not mentioned, below in lower case , so looking elsewhere, on how much the policy will compensate you in the event of an accident etc... (real fact and risk falling into the trap) for example.

#

You?
First of all, did you know, you're on community based run server right?
And we're not Nvidia employees

#

(Well, apart those that have Nvidia role, work only as PR )

#

What can I say? He put it him, not ME.
It was his mistake not to mentioned, and yours for not informing yourself better.

It's a gift that Nvidia wanted to give as a way of saying thank you, given that other companies, for example the Internet providers, only make offers for new members, while for old ones, they give a price increase (the opposite happens exactly).

#

Regarding the car, for example, I would be disappointed that I didn't remember, because it was my fault for not putting it in, but in this case, many other newspapers did put it in.

#

I highly recommend to contact directly Nvidia, if you want complain by them, not to us, since we're not employees!

#

So this thing you write, you write it just because, since no one from the Nvidia staff will ever see it.

#

You're just talking as a user and user.

@ornate cedar so you read that if your billing date was before Jan 15th 2025 you'd have unlimited playtime hours and thought since you bought it at the end of December it would apply?
