same issue, and yes it's running smooth, usually it download it the first time and after this it's fine, but for this one, it's each launch of the game

Not the worst. I know xbox game pass and gfn xbox won't recognize the dlc as owned at all

sometimes i whait for 20-30 min to update , its not fair when we have only 100 h to play
