How to clip on Nvidia Cloud

I just subscribed to Nvidias cloud gaming services and want to be able to clip games, but not sure how to or if it's even possible.

Screen record with obs or turn on game bar on windows and ctrl r or something

I'm on mac so yeah, gonna try OBS ig. But i wanted to be able to clip parts of the gameplay so i dont have to record the whole session and trim clips out of it later
