"Install to play" are those games that are already opt-in to the service but not yet fully boarded ( Nvidia need to test them ). Basically you're a tester.
Developers need to apply on Steam cloud service form, and after it you can able to play it.

Install to Play is already available, and there has already been a first victim: Retroarch has been removed from service for an exploit that put Nvidia's system at risk (go to the files, open Steam Browser and download the games from there)
Basically 99% are indie games
On Geforce Now page, there's a section dedicated.
You'll have 100GB of storage included, to download those games, and if that storage is full, don't worry, you can upgrade this storage by paying more.

Nvidia hasn't changed anything at all in this regard.

I've been waiting for this system so I can play cool games like Spider-man, GTA V, or other games that aren't available on the platform.
