Unfortunately no. Nvidia said in the news a generic September.
Anyway in
Northern California (San Jose/San Francisco)
Illinois (Chicago)
New Jersey (Newark/New York City)
France 1 (Paris)
Germany (Frankfurt)
They are already up and running but still underpowered to match the power of the Rtx 4080-class (Nvidia L40).

For example
Wait u men underpowered meaning bottle neck between GPU and CPU
No, I mean Rtx 5080 hardware, which at the moment perform like the current Rtx 4080 ( even if already, you can see the improvement/something is moving).
I even, gave you the second link, to understand.
Oh yeah ok yeah I get it now
Well at lest we’ll also get the steam download stuff wich I think is being able to download any steam available game onto ur g force now session on ur steam account ?
Unfortunately no.
You can install and play, the games that already opt-in but not fully onboarded by Nvidia.
Wait what does that mean sorry
Basically you're a tester:
The games that are opt-in but not yet tested by Nvidia, you can install and play.
Normally when the developers ask to Nvidia to opt- in by signing up to this if the games are on Steam( https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/cloudgaming ) the game by that stage of onboarding can take a while. For example if a dev opts in their game and Nvidia decides to onboard it, it may take days or even weeks of testing to ensure it runs smoothly with no issues.
By doing this, you practically eliminate this waiting part... It's to the advantage of indie games.
And this is the full list
So for instance RDR 2 won’t work ?
Yeah RDR2 isn’t on there I mean I played all major AAA open world titles but sometimes I would love to play some again and genre aren’t that list lol
Exactly, or EAFC, Gta, etc...
The initial process remains the same, the devs need to opt-in first.
Yes... Nvidia said even on Gamescom announcement - " Install and Play" Feature, minute 2:10 " As soon as the PUBLISHER OPT IN the Steam cloud feature".....
