Can you take a video of the issue with the network statistics enabled, which can be done by doing Control + G, but ensure it's set on advanced view.

And can you also provide the graphics settings please.

I put all mine on auto and its usually around medium or high

I see. I would say contact NVCC support as BF4 can run on peanuts, and doesn't make sense how their rigs are struggling.
