i am on the ultimate plan of geforce now, so i get 120fps from it, in game it says that its 120fps constant, but in the game itself it definitely does not feel like 120fps and i get stutters every few seconds which clearly arent from the game itself because as i said the game reports constant 120fps even when the stutters happen, anyone know what could be causing this? cod bo6 seems to be the only game doing this egregiously

and my internet is good gigabit down and like 100 up

4.Go to this website, https://www.speedtest.net/, and take a screenshot of the end results.
5.If possible, take a video of the issue with the network statistics enabled, which can be done by doing Control + G, but ensure it's set on advanced view.

connected to us southeast as im in florida, i can also guarantee you my internet is not the issue as every other game runs smooth as butter on gfn, only call of duty does this

also it should be noted that its not like unplayably bad, just definitely not 120fps

See how it performs on average.
Since a screenshot only shows one frame of it.
Can you also try another server location please. Also, if possible, can you try an ethernet connection and can you disconnect any connected devices. I don't know if there are any since you didn't answer that question.

fps says 120 all the time, i already mentioned this
both the stream and game
i dont see how ethernet would make a difference if my internet is already very good even without it
and server location would make it even worse
as im queueing only in the nearest server to me
does resolution or bitrate have any effect on it
