taskbar settings > lock the taskbar > "disable"
close the GFN app completely, kill the "NVIDIA Container" process with task manager, wait 5 minutes and try again

if not, do the same but this time restart your computer, after it boot it up, wait 5 minutes and launch GFN

i also noticed that this only happens when i use the app, this doesn't happen when i use geforce now in a web browser
