Hello try lowering the stream settings by changing the stream resolution. Make sure that the server region selected is the nearest to you or is on auto. And make sure you have this settings enabled on GeForce now "L4S" and "adjust for our network conditions"
If you are using WiFi you can connect to a 5ghz network or use a Ethernet cable to have a better and smoother gameplay

If you don't know you can select auto and Nvidia will select the server nearest for you
