Every time I try to open an owned game the loading blocks like this

Yes, it's been happening often lately to me too. I just close the session, change to another server, it will say the "wrapping session" thingy, I close that too and reconnect to my main server. It will still say wrapping things up, but the game will finally load at some point.

device manager > display adapters > right click ur GPU > make sure its "Enabled"
