I can record videos before, there's so many of them that I transfered some of them in my USB, but now that I subscribed to Ultimate, I can't record?

Yes, Also found the problem, I can't take videos If I'm in Custom Settings, Why? I can take videos if my settings are on the three default

What do you mean by being "in custom settings"? And can you also elaborate on what the "3 default" are please.
