This is normal as your instance is deleted the moment your session closes, there's nothing you can do about this other than upgrading to ultimate tier, which gives you the option to save your graphics options. Although, it should save your keybinds at least, check if cloud save is enabled.

I’m having the same issue here since last GFN update

Opened ticket. I have ultimate tier. Loses key binds and graphics settings on start up… only on Steam Launcher. Epic launcher not doing it.

Does it through the App or through Wb Browser

Can confirm, bug is fixed on Steam launch commander. Initial load will detect hardware… set your graphics profile as you wish then set your key binds exit to main menu and the exit to desk top. I also entered the game into open mode before making the changes … I just test a few on one account to see if it worked and on relog everything saved.
