Geforce now freezing

I play with ethernet and get around 70-80mbps and whenever i launch fortnite it starts freezing alot and it is really delayed,i have tried reducing the mbps in my settings and changing resolution but it is still the same outcome.

3.How are you connected to your internet?
4.Are there any devices connected to the internet when playing?

fortnites lowkey ass on gfn im on ultimate and it struggles to run a stable 240

and i have a 600 mbps network speed

I play on EU west which is the server that its on when its on AUTO

and changing the servers hasn't improved my performance either

Try another server location, that's a bit further but still relatively close to you, and also try another game alongside restarting your router.
