So I played hl2 a few hours ago and just reopened it on the geforce NOW mobile app but then I realised there wasn't an option to turn the audio to german same with gmod (I recently changed my device language to be English and now put it back to german) the problem for me is I'm german and want the npcs speaking german although in gmod/hl2 you need to restart the game for the language to change

You have to set the device to German to set language's. I recommend reinstalling GFN.

I mean that the problem is that in hl2/gmod when you select a different language you need to restart the game but since I'm on a mobile that would close the app and not change the language
