Always prefer cloud saves, as the local saves are 99.9% older as you use GFN.

Yes but everytime i join i have to choose one and when i played at like 14:00 it said that my last save was from 12:00 so something is wrong

That's normal, just choose cloud save each time.

With mods, you have to re-download them because you connect to a new rig each time you launch a session and everything is deleted before you leave the session.
