i have 37 to 40 mbps upload and i average 30 to 35 mbps download, i use 25 mbps setting with low resolution. Iam connected to the closest server to me and i dont think my connecting type matters since i was able to play without any problems or lags without updates. Also i do believe my game freezing with active voice does not related to my connection and %100 is the problem of the app.

Conection type DOES matter, it determines how stable your connection is, ethernet being the best as it's a physical cable connecting you to the internet.
If you're running wireless, you're prone to issues as it's a wireless connection.;
Can you please try restarting your router and also trying ethernet if possible please if you're not using it and also ensure that everything is up to date.

In-game latency =/= internet speeds
The in-game latency is from NVIDIA to Fortnite's servers, the only connection you have is to NVIDIA's rigs.
Also, 20ms is next to the best latency you can get.

is getting ultimate even worth it for fortnite? I want to get the smoothest gameplay and 0 input delay with 180hz, but i was playing on 75hz, not even sure if tehre was delay but felt worse than my series s where i get 120fps & delay

Ultimate tier only provides better performance and a better stream quality, it doesn't improve your connection to the servers. If you face issues on other tiers then you'd face them on ultimate.

I have ultimate and ingame it says 0 ping but actually it is like 20 ping which is absolutly fine, I can say in my case ultimate is worth because otherwise i couldnt even play fn because i would play on 40fps. Delay isnt noticable only if i use wifi but i use ethernet (your ethernet should be fast tough)

i play on console at 120fps, but 60 frames on console felt way better than on the nvidia
