All I can say is just do it until you log in.
If it goes to like 20+ attempts, then contact NVCC support.

I can help! Going to the geforce website and turning on desktop site should enable you to play there and the touch recognition should be better there:)👍
After doing the verification it should be also saved on the mobile app if you used the same account on the website and you won't need to do It again if u were wondering^^👍
