Do a internet test on settings > Test Network and send the screenshot

Pixelated/blurry/laggy stream means a spotty connection.

You can try with these options:

  • Make sure you are using 5ghz if your connection is wireless
  • Switch to Ethernet if possible
  • Try changing server location on > settings > server location
  • Do a full restart of the GFN App, make sure the process NVIDIA Container isn't running on the background, kill it with task manager then try again.

If nothing solved your problem, contact NVIDIA support and let them know about this issue.
